“When first using the ottoman base, the pistons can be stiff. We recommend placing your mattress on the ottoman base before use. The added weight of the mattress will help to dampen the stiffness of the struts, allowing for a more controlled operation.”

Yes. Both our divan bases and ottoman beds arrive in 2 pieces. During assembly, our Team will fix both parts into a single, solid unit. 3ft (Single) divans come in a single piece.

We can supply VAT invoices around 21 days after the items are delivered. Please speak with our trade team who will provide these.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?
  • Made-to-Order Beds: Since our beds are custom-made to order, please allow additional time for manufacturing. Typical lead times for production and delivery are 1-10 days.

“Unfortunately, we do not offer a service for removing old bed frames. Customers will need to arrange their own disposal or recycling.”

Once an order is confirmed for delivery, production will begin. While you can still cancel the order, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover the costs of committed raw materials, administration, and processing time.
