Most orders placed before 10am arrive within 3 – 4 working days. Our couriers will get in touch to give you a better idea of arrival. In rare cases please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Please be sure to email us a contact number when placing an order so we can pass this onto the couriers. If we do not have a phone number, your order will be delayed until we hear back from you with a phone number.

Allow extra time for arrival during bank holiday periods / other national events / strikes etc that may cause delays for couriers.

Please ensure that you email us a mobile contact number when ordering this item. Our couriers will not allow a collection to be made without this. Failure to provide your mobile number at the time of ordering can cause delays with dispatch whilst we await further information from you.

RETURNS

It is the buyers responsibility to return unwanted goods within 14 days of purchase.

If collection needs to be organised by ourselves, the collection charges will be passed onto the customer.

Item must be in its original packaging and must be suitably packed. All items must arrive back in original condition suitable for

re-sale.

• Please note if the item is faulty we will pick up the item free of charge and provide you with an exchange or full refund
• Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
  (a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of [purchase /delivery] of the product;
  (b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Refunding You

We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy i.e. fully resell able unless faulty; the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

Recycling of Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer a recycling service and we will not remove existing beds and mattresses, or any packaging. The recycling and removal of unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. We advise to contact your local council to have these unwanted items collected.

Assembly of Goods

Unfortunately, we do not offer an assembly service on any item. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.

Accepting your Delivery

Please check all items / boxes for damage. If you see, or suspect any damages, please clearly indicate this on the delivery paperwork when signing for the delivery. Mark the items on the delivery signatory paperwork as “Damaged

Assembly Instructions
The Bed Frame is delivered in 4/5 Packs
Remove all packaging.
Hook the Side Rails on to the Headboard..
Hook the side Rails on to the Foot board.
Tighten the Bolts.
Place the slats on the Bed.
