Assembly Instructions
- The Bed Frame is delivered in 4/5 Packs
- Remove all packaging.
- Hook the Side Rails on to the Headboard.
- Hook the side Rails on to the Foot board.
- Tighten the Bolts.
- Place the slats on the Bed.

Most orders placed before 10am arrive within 3 – 4 working days. Our couriers will get in touch to give you a better idea of arrival. In rare cases please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Return Policy
It is the buyers responsibility to return unwanted goods within 14 days of purchase.
If collection needs to be organized by ourselves, the collection charges will be passed onto the customer.
Item must be in its original packaging and must be suitably packed. All items must arrive back in original condition suitable for re-sale.
- Please note if the item is faulty we will pick up the item free of charge and provide you with an exchange or full refund
- Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) We receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of [purchase /delivery] of the product;
(b) The returned product is unused, in its original packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

Refunding You
We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy i.e. fully resell able unless faulty; the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
