If you live in a flat then could you please make sure that the courier has access to ground floor, so you are able to receive the bed, the courier is unable to take it anywhere other than the ground floor. 

All items are delivered by 3rd party 1 man courier service and they only deliver to ground floor main entrance only

Which means driver will deliver inside nearest door to the building and will NOT take items up any stair case or in any lifts.
If you live in multi story building then delivery will be made to ground floor level.

It will be customer’s responsibility to take item from main entrance of the building.

Delivery is within 3 to 12 working days.

Assembly Instructions
The Bed Frame is delivered in 4/5 Packs
Remove all packaging.
Hook the Side Rails on to the Headboard..
Hook the side Rails on to the Foot board.
Tighten the Bolts.
Place the slats on the Bed.
