1. Delivery Service Overview
Our Blanket Boxes are shipped through a reliable third-party delivery service, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please review the following details to better understand the shipping process:

- Made-to-Order Blanket Boxes: As our Blanket Boxes are custom-made to order, please allow extra time for manufacturing. Typical lead times for production and delivery are 1–10 days.
3. Delivery to Ground Floor Only
- Third-Party Courier Service: All Blanket Boxes are delivered by a third-party courier.
- Ground Floor Delivery: Delivery is made to the ground floor main entrance or nearest accessible door.
- The driver will not carry items upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground floor.
- Important: Please ensure easy access to the ground floor for delivery. For multi-story buildings, delivery is to the ground floor entrance only.
4. Delivery to Multi-Story Buildings
- For apartments or homes with multiple stories, delivery will be made to the ground floor entrance only.
- Customers are responsible for moving items to higher floors or desired locations within their homes.
5. Measuring for Delivery
- To avoid delays, measure doorways, staircases, and other entry points where the Blanket Box will pass through.
- Ensure the dimensions of the Blanket Box and its packaging will fit through these spaces.
6. Packaging and Unboxing
- Packaging: Your Blanket Box will be securely packaged for protection during transit. Note that packaging will not be removed during delivery.
- Unpacking & Assembly: Standard delivery does not include unpacking or assembly.
- If an assembly option has been selected, it will be scheduled separately.
- Assembly Service:
- We do not provide assembly services for the following areas: BT, PL, AB, PA, TR, PL, TQ, EX, SA.
- Customers in these areas may ask the driver if they can provide assembly for an additional charge.
7. Shipping Costs
- Free Delivery: Applies to orders within mainland GB, including Scotland.
- Delivery to Scotland: Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated.
- Restricted Areas: We are unable to deliver to the following areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE.
- International Shipping: Customers outside the UK should contact info@manorcroftbeds.co.uk for shipping costs based on their location.

Returns Information
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, certain items can be returned in their original packaged condition within 14 days.
- Important: Returns are not accepted for items that have been fully or partially assembled.
