Footstool Shipping Information
1. Delivery Service Overview
All orders placed Mon-Fri before will be dispatched the same working day subject to stock and payment clearance. , and any orders placed over the weekends or bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day subject to stock and payment clearance.
Our Footstool are shipped through a reliable third-party delivery service, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery experience. Please review the following details to better understand the shipping process:
3. Delivery to Ground Floor Only
- Third-Party Courier Service: All Blanket Boxes are delivered by a third-party courier.
- Ground Floor Delivery: Delivery is made to the ground floor main entrance or nearest accessible door.
- The driver will not carry items upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground floor.
- Important: Please ensure easy access to the ground floor for delivery. For multi-story buildings, delivery is to the ground floor entrance only.
4. Delivery to Multi-Story Buildings
- For apartments or homes with multiple stories, delivery will be made to the ground floor entrance only.
- Customers are responsible for moving items to higher floors or desired locations within their homes.
5. Measuring for Delivery
- To avoid delays, measure doorways, staircases, and other entry points where the Footstool will pass through.
- Ensure the dimensions of the Footstool and its packaging will fit through these spaces.
6. Packaging and Unboxing
- Packaging: Your Footstool will be securely packaged for protection during transit. Note that packaging will not be removed during delivery.
- Unpacking & Assembly: Standard delivery does not include unpacking or assembly
7. Shipping Costs
- Free Delivery: Applies to orders within mainland GB, including Scotland.
- Delivery to Scotland: Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated.
- Restricted Areas: We are unable to deliver to the following areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE.
- International Shipping: Customers outside the UK should contact info@manorcroftbeds.co.uk for shipping costs based on their location.
8. Delivery Tracking / Track my order .
- Once your Blanket Box ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow its journey.

Customer Responsibility
- Ensure the delivery location is accessible and that someone is available to receive the item.
- Measure entryways and spaces to confirm the Footstool will fit, ensuring clear access for the delivery team.
Returns Information
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your order, you may return the item to us in its original condition, provided you inform us within 14 days of purchase.
Please Note:
You are responsible for the return postage cost for unwanted items.
Refunds will be issued minus any applicable admin fees.
All returns must be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for tracking and security.
Include a copy of your order and a brief note explaining the reason for return.
