Orders

• All orders come with a standard 2-10 day delivery time scale. In most instances we have items shipped quicker than the given timescales.
• Please note we deliver on weekends and our operating hours of delivery can vary anytime between 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday
• Please provide a up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message, we will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you with both a delivery date and time slot, this allows you to prepare for your delivery,
• If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us with 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.
• Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service. Their professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the entrance of your delivery address as standard; sorry we cannot take items to specific rooms in the house. If you reside in a flat delivery will be made to the ground floor.
