Made to Order using only the finest materials to a very high standard. SELF ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, ALL THE ITEMS SCREWS COME PRE -ATTACHED, SIMPLY SLOT IN PLACE AND TIGHTEN.

Orders
- All orders come with a standard 2-10 day delivery time scale. In most instances we have items shipped quicker than the given timescales.
- Please note we deliver on weekends and our operating hours of delivery can vary anytime between 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday
- Please provide a up to date mobile phone number as delivery information is sent via text message, we will text the number you provide 24-48 hours before delivery to provide you with both a delivery date and time slot, this allows you to prepare for your delivery,
- If you are unable to accept delivery please alert us with 3 hours of receiving your confirmation text, as this prevents us from sending the goods to the delivery depot.
- Our logistics partner provides a specialist delivery service. Their professional delivery teams handle your goods, with great care and attention. They will deliver your goods to the entrance of your delivery address as standard; sorry we cannot take items to specific rooms in the house. If you reside in a flat delivery will be made to the ground floor.

Free shipping within UK Mainland on all orders.
Your order should arrive within 3 to 10 working days after you place it. You also have an option to delay your delivery too.

Please note: All deliveries are to the ground floor of the property.
All item are delivered by 3rd party 1/2 man courier service and they only deliver to ground floor main entrance only
Which means driver will deliver inside the building and will Not take item upstairs or in any lifts. If you live in multi story building the delivery will be made too ground floor level.
When ordering it is essential that you leave a valid contact number and email address so that the courier is able to contact you regarding delivery.
Shipping
Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated. We are currently unable to deliver to the following: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PH, and ZE.
Assembly Service:
We are currently unable to offer an assembly service to the following areas: Norfolk, Suffolk, Sussex, Hampshire, Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Scotland, Wales.
