3. Delivery to Ground Floor Only
- Ground Floor Delivery: Delivery is made to the ground floor main entrance or nearest accessible door, The driver will not carry items upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground floor.
- Important: Please ensure easy access to the ground floor for delivery. For multi-story buildings, delivery is to the ground floor entrance only.
4. Delivery to Multi-Story Buildings
- For apartments or homes with multiple stories, delivery will be made to the ground floor entrance only.
- Customers are responsible for moving items to higher floors or desired locations within their homes.
5. Measuring for Delivery
- To avoid delays, measure doorways, staircases, and other entry points where the Mattress will pass through.
- Ensure the dimensions of the Mattress and its packaging will fit through these spaces.
6. Packaging and Unboxing
- Packaging: Your Mattress will be securely packaged for protection during transit. Note that packaging will not be removed during delivery.
- Unpacking & Assembly: Standard delivery does not include unpacking or assembly
7. Shipping Costs
- Free Delivery: Applies to orders within mainland GB, including Scotland.
- Delivery to Scotland: Delivery to Scotland may take longer than estimated.
- Restricted Areas: We are unable to deliver to the following areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, ZE.
